Will Ellis Johnson

Will Ellis Johnson is a Nashville based multi-instrumentalist and composer. A graduate of Oberlin Conservatory's computer music program, Will is passionate about marrying the traditional with the experimental.

 

As a pedal steel guitarist Will has played theaters and honky tonks across the United States and Europe. He has recorded and performed with with Teddy & the Rough Riders, Emily Nenni, Lou Turner, the Styrofoam Winos, Sugadaisy, Big Girl, and Anne Malin, sharing stages with Orville Peck, Charley Crockett, Flatland Cavalry, Wayne Hancock, and more.
